How long after I order will it take to ship?
We process and fulfill orders Monday through Friday, 10am to 2pm. Orders need to be received my 2 PM Eastern time in order to ship out same day. All orders received after 2 PM Eastern time will ship out next business day. For instance, if you order something on Friday after 2PM, it will be processed on Monday and shipped out that day. Once your order is processed you can expect 3 -5 business days in shipping time before it arrives at your door.
Once I place my order, what's next?
We will send you an order confirmation email. Once your purchase is processed and shipped, you will receive a second email with the tracking number for your orders. Then you can just sit back and relax and wait for your goodies to arrive! Maybe follow us on Instagram and rack up some Radiance Rewards Points for your next purchase!
How Long Does Shipping Take?
Depending on shipping destination, shipping takes from 3 to 5 business days.
Do You Ship Internationally?
As of right now we do not ship internationally.
What's your return policy?
Any products you purchase online can be returned to your original payment method for a full refund within 30 days of receiving them if they are unused and sealed within their original packaging. Products that you have used that just weren’t right for you will be eligible for store credit. Sale items are not eligible for returns. We do not offer exchanges, if you would like an exchange you will be issued a store credit for you to make another purchase.
How do i make a return?
To return an item please send an email to email@example.com. In the subject line and in the body of your email please write: Return: Order Number # and Full Name. You are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning any merchandise.
what about damaged or incorrect items or if my order never arrives?
If you were sent the wrong item or the item was damaged when you received it please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. In the subject line and body of the email please write: Return: Order Number # and Full Name and “Damaged Item” or “Wrong Item” or “Order Never Arrived” and in the email include a photo of the damaged or wrong item.
how long until I receive my refund?
When returning an item, please allow us 20 days to receive your return item and process your refund. We will send you an email when we have issued your refund.
What if i need to cancel or change my order?
Once you have placed an order with us we cannot modify or cancel it including changes to address or payment method.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Our brick and mortar locations are cash-free! Online and in-store, we accept debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not accept international credit cards.
How do i submit my products to be considered for your store?
Yay! We love hearing about new all natural products! Go ahead and email us at email@example.com. In the subject line please write: “Product for Wholesale Consideration”.
